I regret to say that Derek Miller, who operated this website, died of a heart attack on 16 August, 2016, aged 72. Derek's diligent and exhaustive research over many years is greatly appreciated.

As the current holder of the site I wish to thank Ralph Humphries for his efforts in finding myself as a new sponsor.
