Introduction
This section is for the lineages and histories of those families that married into the Buxted Muddles, and will be the ancestral lines of some members of this family.
The Longly family contains Mary Longly, who as widow Mary Hider, married Thomas Muddle in 1615.
The Vincent family contains Elizabeth Vincent, who married John Muddle in 1676.
The Gates family contains Mary Gates, who married John Muddle in 1790.
The Cornwall family contains Mary Cornwall, who married Thomas Gates in 1694 and is an ancestor of Mary Gates, who married John Muddle in1790.
The Paine family contains Mary Paine, who married Joseph Gates in 1769 and is an ancestor of Mary Gates, who married John Muddle in1790.
The Gaston family contains Sarah Gaston, who married Joseph Muddle in 1823.
